Maintenance section provides the service of maintaining electrical
and mechanical works in buildings. Routine maintenance enables building
components to have a longer life and minimizes downtime, which is
elemental for a longer building life and in ensuring minimum disruptions
to the tenants. The services we provide in this area includes routine
checking of:
Air conditioning systems
- Cleaning FCU filters
- Cleaning of condenser units
- Checking for condensation on A/C pipes
Lifts
- Regular inspection to ensure smooth operation
- Ensure that lifts are serviced by the supplier in accordance with
their agreement.

Inspection of panel boards

Checks for malfunctioning electrical fittings and replacement
of fittings where necessary

Inspection for standby generator sets and transformer

Repair and maintenance of CCTV systems
Water supply and Drainage works
- Reading
water meters and calculation of monthly charges due from tenants
and reporting to owner every month. Preparation of invoices, if
required by the owner
- Inspection of sanitary fixtures for proper functioning
- Inspection of water supply pressure system
- Checking of roof drainage
- Checking of inspection chambers
